New James Bond is an Ace

Casino Royale is a great movie. Yes it is a darker version of James Bond but the old version may have been becoming stale. This version of Bond is more about Bond than his pulling some secret device out of his ass to save the day. High tech is still present and the cool persona is in full effect. Also, the way they started the character over from the beginning was smart. There should be less comparisons this way. He doesn’t have a history yet in this movie. I still love the old Sean Connery version of James Bond and like M says in this movie, “I miss the Cold War.” The truth is the old Bond would seem hokey in the twenty first century.
